About Us

Mistyvale Farm is a family farm, rearing happy healthy hens near Ashburton in Mid Canterbury. 

We've been farming for generations and we've always taken great pride in the quality animals that we raise.

We believe we've found the secret of growing happy healthy hens, that produce delicious eggs - freedom. Our hens have lots of space, they eat grass, the bugs in the grass, and the best chicken feed we can get our hands on.

We raise our stock in a fantastic facility. Lots of grass, lots of space. A happy animal is far more likely to be a healthy animal, and vice versa. We do all we can to ensure our animals are happy, healthy and comfortable.
